    Lead Technical Business Systems Analyst

    Lead Technial Business Systems Analyst specializes in implementing, upgrading and migrating CREW products and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the CREW Manager suite for various airlines across the world. CAE Delivery Team is spread across the globe, presence in Dallas, Montevideo, Bangalore, Krakow, Shangai. This member applies advanced skills and concepts to oversee large, complex projects.  


    The role we are offering you: 


    • Be responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain within the aviation flight crew area. 
    • Work on high value (revenue) projects with large scale customer impact and able to operate under limited direction and minimal oversight. Delineate requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within company and between company and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects. 
    • Create Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans. 
    • Support Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned. 
    • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced business systems analysts. 
    • Be responsible to install software, conduct data migration, setup integration, documentation 
    • Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance. 

     

    Our ideal candidate has: 

     

    • DBMS experience Oracle, MongoDB 
    • Strong competency and experience in writing DB queries using SQL or PL/SQL 
    • Knowledge on integration and web services e.g. SOAP, XML, JSON , Postman 
    • Some experience working with global team and customers 
    • Willingness to travel 30% of the time 

     

    In addition to the following experience, nice to have: 

     

    • Ability to solution complex system integration and ETL processes 
    • Knowledge on cloud technology, e.g. AWS 
    • Experience with installations of applications in Unix or Windows 
    • Knowledge and experience of any programming languages e.g. Java, Python 
    • Experience with training/demo to internal teams or customer 
    • Hands on experience/expertise in the Crew Management area – either worked in airline in scheduling, training, tracking, IT or the end-to-end implementation of crew enterprise
