Responsibilities:
ByteDance's backend systems process 30+ billion user requests and re-train personalized models with 20+ billion samples every day. You will be building large-scale backend to serve machine learning models in the cloud to handle high QPS real-time traffic and high throughput batch process.
- Architect, design and implement large scale distributed systems
- Serve ML/Deep Learning models as online services
- Work with internal/external customers to design and implement elegant APIs
- Deploy, monitor and trouble shooting production systems
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in at least two of Go/Python/Java/C++
- Experience in large scale databases including both SQL and NoSQL
- Knowledge of Linux/Networks administration and troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge in distributed systems, algorithms, and networks
- Fluency in English
- Experience in Deep Learning and GPU servers is a plus
- Track record in ACM/NOI/IOI/TopCoder is a plus
