As Business Systems Analyst you will work closely with clients and technology development team helping formulate business problems and technological solutions. Your goal will be to produce high quality consistent diagrams and descriptions, that explain key points in simple terms.
Responsibilities:
- Holistic collection of business problems and requirements
- Cooperation with users, clients, and development teams
- Designing business processes
- Documenting use cases, requirements, and key design features of software systems
Requirements:
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to visually represent ideas [1 picture is better than 1000 words]
- Very good communication skills, ability to listen and ask questions.
- Analytical skills with ability to discover root cause of the issue at hand.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree [economics, mathematics, technology, etc..]
- Experience documenting user stories / use case scenarios
- UML, BPMN, C4
