Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for cloud-related incidents and service requests, supporting multi-cloud environments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Our expectations

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, cloud, or sysadmin roles

• Basic experience with AWS or Azure

• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, firewalls, load balancing)

• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)

• Good troubleshooting skills

• English at B2 level

Welcome Skills

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

• Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tools

• Interest in cloud costs (FinOps basics)

• Entry-level cloud certifications

Key tasks

• Handle cloud incidents and service requests

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed

• Manage tickets from start to resolution

• Support basic operations in AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Help with access management (IAM, GitHub)

• Monitor systems and respond to alerts

• Assist with cost checks and tagging

• Keep documentation up to date
