Bright Inventions is a young dynamic software development company established in 2012 in Gdańsk. We specialise in mobile and web applications, Blockchain and IoT devices. We support a wide variety of clients coming from different sectors such as FinTech, Health, Automotive, Commerce/Shopping and others. Since 2012 we have learnt the value of interesting technically challenging projects and become quite picky in terms of the ones we select. Working at Bright Inventions means flat structure with no management overhead, working with experienced team in a friendly atmosphere, and having a real impact on the projects you do and the stack you use.
Now we are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will support our team in planning, executing, monitoring and closing our Bright projects.
YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:
- managing IT projects
- coordinating the software development process
- communicating with clients and discussing their business needs
- testing applications/systems and coming up with better and better solutions
- optimising workflow by clever dealing with obstacles and blockers
- supporting and mentoring the developer's team
- creating projects documentation
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:
- min. 1-2 years of experience in managing IT projects
- very good understanding of Agile or other development methodologies
- familiarity with JIRA, Asana or other management tools
- excellent command of written and spoken English
- effective communication and business negotiation skills
- can-do attitude and positive proactive approach
- ability to supervise developer's estimations and work
- positive mindset :)
