Senior Android Developer

✅ Your responsibilities:

•  develop and maintain our Android app,

• collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and fellow developers,

• contribute to technical decisions for the mobile roadmap,

• plan and deliver work in 2-week Agile sprints,

• mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews,

• ensure the app is secure, fast, and well-structured,

• define and track team and personal goals,

• continuously improve our tools, processes, and collaboration practices.

🧠 Our requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java),

• strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, XML, and modern app architecture (e.g. MVVM),

• solid experience with WebViews and hybrid mobile components,

• fluency in reading and understanding technical documentation in English,

• proactive mindset and ability to identify potential issues early,

• interest in product value and business goals — not just the code,

• experience working in Agile teams (Scrum),
