                                                         Agile Coach (Scrum Master)

ABOUT POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach (Scrum Master) who will support us in a delivery process based on Agile principles and practices.

As an Agile Coach you will be responsible for:

  • Taking care of proper Agile approach implementation;
  • Working directly with teams, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and other stakeholders;
  • Coordinating  dependencies, supporting  planning activities;
  • Helping teams and clients to understand product development.


What do we expect?

  • Min. 2 -3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach;
  • Practical knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum or Kanban;
  • Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and best practices;
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, client-facing and stakeholder management;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good English, both spoken and written.
