Agile Coach (Scrum Master)

ABOUT POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach (Scrum Master) who will support us in a delivery process based on Agile principles and practices.
As an Agile Coach you will be responsible for:
- Taking care of proper Agile approach implementation;
- Working directly with teams, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and other stakeholders;
- Coordinating dependencies, supporting planning activities;
- Helping teams and clients to understand product development.
What do we expect?
- Min. 2 -3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach;
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum or Kanban;
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and best practices;
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, client-facing and stakeholder management;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good English, both spoken and written.
