Solution Architect

This recruitment is intended for a full-time 6–9-month engagement in one of our projects, with the possibility of further extension into the long term.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and review technology solutions, making continuous adjustments to ensure they meet business, security, and technology requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to establish best practices and advocate for process improvements.
• Work with management, business, and technology stakeholders to understand goals and gather requirements for the designed solutions.
• Evaluate technologies suitable for the designed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project and product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience with various software design patterns
• Proficiency in English (min. C1)
• 3 years of experience in software development with at least one leading programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java)
• 5 years of practical experience in solution design
• Familiarity with IT security management standards (ISO 270XX, OWASP)
• Ability to understand business processes
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience and knowledge of techniques for stakeholder workshops
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience and knowledge of software documentation tools, notations, and patterns
• Experience and knowledge of cloud computing (Azure preferred)
• Curiosity, honesty, helpfulness, activity, and spontaneity
• Openness and a quick learning ability

Nice to have

• Experience with C4, DDD, Event Storming and/or
• Experience or knowledge of TOGAF
• Experience modeling data various ways
• Azure Certifications
• Software Architecture certifications
