Job Description

Tasks:

• You analyse and prioritize requirements towards a the IT Service Management framework and all its components to ensure a holistic architecture approach for the framework and with that enable an accelerates simplified IT Service Delivery. You ensures the reuse of existing IT solutions, products and services
• Are part of an international team and align the the requirements with different stakeholders (e.g. design team, development team, external service provider)
• You are responsible for the architecture of the platform and its components and to together with product owner team lead the development of the framework
• You analyse and evaluate market trends and drive the integration of new technologies into the framework its overall architecture

Qualifications

Profile: 

Required knowledge competencies and attributes

• Extensive experience (8+ years) working with ServiceNow, including architecture design and implementation
• Experience in system- and solution architecture as well as UX and continuous development as well as agile development
• Experience with systems like ServiceNow as architect and developer
• Fluent in English, german would be a plus
• Highly self motivated and driven
• Team player, outgoing, flexible, communicative and assertive
• TOGAF or similar certification is a plus
