Job description
You will be working alongside senior product leaders, attending scrum meetings, planning work for future sprints, generating development reports, tracking and eliminating risks and blockers in the development process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organizing and facilitating agile / scrum ceremonies like: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and team demos
- Capacity planning, progress reporting, tracking product delivery risks
- Proactively removing or escalates roadblocks to allow team progress
- Working on product documentation together with the product owner (tasks & functional specs)
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with emphasis on finding solutions and fixing communication problems
- Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the team and other entities
Requirements:
- 3y+ experience in a similar role
- Practical knowledge of agile / scrum practices and comfortable working with their limitations
- Good understanding of web / mobile technologies
- Visible passion for tech
- Tool experience (Jira / Redmine)
- Project Management experience
- Fluent English - tasks & product documentation in English, many meetings too
- Outstanding communication skills
