As a Project Manager at Booksy, you will join the Payments Team responsible for:
- Building an online payment system that allows Booksy users in Europe and the United States to pay for services through an application;
- Implementation of new payment integrations in order to extend the offer for users to account for POS terminals;
- Testing new concepts to build an easier and more intuitive payment flow for users;
- Maintenance and development of current integrations.
Your responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers;
- Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives;
- Analyse the current set-up and propose best solutions, provide specific detail and set tasks for developers;
- Support the planning of team tasks and solving product problems;
- Measure project performance;
- Asses, manage and minimize project risks;
- Conduct data analysis and propose the direction of project development roadmaps.
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a product company or digital services industry (ideally with some analytical experience);
- Experience in executing a product vision;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to derive insights from large amounts of data (min. 2+ years of experience);
- Ability to lead in a matrix environment, work with multiple teams and foster a creative and collaborative environment;
- Ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organisation;
- Technical knowledge, especially of mobile apps
- Highly developed problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders;
- Good level of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
