    Due to our dynamic growth and global expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer. User experience has always been, is, and will continue to be at the core of our focus. We firmly believe that UX design is the foundation of all great software.


    We need someone exceptional, someone with talent, designing with passion and displaying significant dedication. Only such an individual will be able to create the best software for beauty salons, and they will undoubtedly not be disappointed.


    You will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional scrum teams.


    Your responsibilities:

    • User Interface Design (UI): Designing the graphical user interface, including layout, interactive elements, colors, and typography, to create an attractive and intuitive interface.
    • Problem Solving: Identifying issues and challenges related to user experience and developing solutions.
    • Prototyping: Creating prototypes, both low-fidelity and high-fidelity, to test and validate solutions before implementation.
    • Team Collaboration: Working with other members of the project team, such as developers, graphic designers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure project consistency.
    • Supporting conversion optimization: Identifying and suggesting optimized solutions for conversion-related issues (e.g., on a website) and analyzing data to enhance the user experience.
    • Project documentation: Creating project documentation to streamline and improve the work of other team members. The method of documentation (Style Guide, Design System components, User Flows, Information Architecture, Lo-fi / Hi-fi Wireframes) required depends on the project.
    • Monitoring trends and innovations: Keeping track of new trends and technologies related to UX design and making sure project quality represents high usability standards.
    • User research: Conducting research, surveys, interviews, and user observations to understand their needs, expectations, goals, and issues.
    • Maintaining consistency: Ensuring consistency of the interface and user experience across different screens and devices.
    • A Senior Product Designer can act as a mentor within the UX team, helping other team members grow and achieve better results by sharing professional knowledge, supporting decision-making, and providing feedback to less senior colleagues.


    Our requirements:

    • Product design: Creating complex and advanced user interfaces using advanced design techniques.
    • User research and testing: The ability to design and conduct more advanced user research, such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, and real-time user behavior analysis.
    • User understanding: The ability to research and analyze user behaviors.
    • Understanding of user research method: Knowledge of various types of user research, such as interviews, user testing, competitor analysis, surveys, and user journey analysis.
    • Experience in shaping products of more than 5 years.
    • Supporting the business strategy: Paying attention to business goals and aligning UX projects with the company's strategic priorities.
    • User psychology: In-depth understanding of user psychology, including factors influencing user behavior in interaction with the product.
    • Creativity and innovation: The ability to create innovative solutions and design interfaces that stand out in the market.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both in interactions with the project team and in presentations to stakeholders and management.
    • Project management: Ability to manage UX projects, including planning and progress tracking.
    • Data analysis: Ability to analyze advanced user data and use analytical tools to better optimize the user experience.
    • Conflict resolution: Skill in effectively resolving conflicts within the project team and managing challenging project situations.
    • Experienced with tools like: Figma, Miro, Confluence, Jira, Power BI.
