In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! If you are an inquisitive person with strong technical skills, it could be the position for you. You will work across multiple teams and learn a lot in fast-paced environment. You will be able to test new ideas, work on creating eye-catching dashboards and play a significant role in developing our Data Warehouse. 

Your responsibilities:

• As a BI Analyst you will work closely with business teams to deliver insightful analysis across multiple fields (ex. Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product, CS, Sales) on both local and global level. 
• You will work on answering business problems.
• You will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards and analysis connected to business needs.
• You will actively participate in creating new solutions, processes and updating old ones in the field of data processing.
• You will customize visualizations according to business needs, for both internal and external purposes.
• You will automate data processing and reports to support business processes.
• You will collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders.

Our requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
• BI Skills: At least 1 year of experience working with BI tools (preferably Power BI, but other tools like Looker, Tableau, QlikView would be an asset).
• Data Skills: 2+ years of experience working with databases and excellent knowledge of SQL (BigQuery would be an asset) to create complex queries and analyses. Experience creating analytical cubes and knowledge of Python would also be welcome.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team and with internal stakeholders (e.g. managers and specialists from Operations, CS, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Data-Driven Insights: Proven experience in providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Educational Background: A higher degree in statistics, mathematics, or another technical field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
