Your role:


  • Guiding and coaching the Scrum Teams on their use of agile practices and values
  • Working closely with client-side Product Owners to maximize product business value
  • Organizing and facilitating Scrum-related meetings with international teams
  • Removing impediments or guiding the teams on removing impediments
  • Evangelizing #BoldareTeam and our clients in empirical product development
  • Boosting culture of collaboration and self-organization


Join us if you have a strong background in:


  • Scrum Master or project management role in commercial projects for at least 3+ year
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, client-facing and stakeholder management
  • Proactive, driven personality to "make the difference" on an organizational level
  • Self-motivation to constantly improving software development using Scrum &  Agile methodologies
  • Working with remote & international teams 
  • Striving for continuous improvement of your own performance
  • Various team-building methods tailored to the given circumstances
  • Polish and English languages (fluency - excellent speaking and writing - is a must)
  • Other management methods and techniques (i.e. Kanban, Scaled Scrum, Nexus, XP, Lean, SAFe, DSDM)


Nice-to-haves:


  • Experience in product discovery in Agile/Lean approach
  • Practice in being an internal coach/trainer/speaker
  • Skills proved by a Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM, PSPO, PSL)
  • Ability to find areas for improvement and proposing relevant solutions on an organizational level
