Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Main Overall Tasks:
- Analyze fund documentation and establishment of new funds static data in BNP Paribas databases
- Monitor the integration of fund accounting data into the global investment compliance system
- Control of the exhaustiveness of received files (NAV, Balance, Position) and data required for investment compliance processing
- Initiate escalation process in case of identified issues with data integration as required by operational procedures
- Integrate various data into investment compliance system
- Create underlying funds in investment compliance system
- Contribute to the maintenance of operational procedures
- Perform required operational controls
- Daily support of database users for investment compliance and cash monitoring data quality related queries
- Participate in internal reporting activities
- Support the integration of the new client’s operational activity
Permanent Responsibilities:
- Administer the effectiveness of daily operations in your area
- Guarantee the escalation of problems to head of department / local management
- Cooperate on the delivery operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Cooperate with internal and external audit and operational risk management
Requirements:

Fluency in English language is mandatory, French would be considered as an advantage
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Basic knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
