Your Tasks
- You will be centered around our Customers’ decision makers within various industries. You will be an advisory body for connecting business needs and goals with data, architecture, application estate, and agile delivery topics. You will work on strategy level and align execution plan for digital transformation.
- You will build true agile mindset within Delivery Teams, mentoring Architects and Product Owners.
- You will be challenging as-is state of architecture and operating model topologies. You will be the one to identify and analyze gaps in the current state and create a plan to improve the design and the cooperation model.
- You will optimize our Customers’ business processes and utilization of resources.
- You will guide our Customers to finding minimum awesome scope, which will help our Customers’ growth – not only software architecture solutions but mostly the way how the Delivery Teams work and think.
- You will contribute to our BlueSoft Technology Strategy frameworks
- You will be the Storyteller on presales (or even pre-partnership) relations building
- You probably won’t code within this role – but technology background is the must. We like theory and practice, and we don’t believe that one is working without the other.
Don’t worry. This sounds big – we are aware. But we already have top-level Digital Strategy Advisors and Technology Consultants to help and mentor you with this role.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in tech-oriented roles: Solution Architect / DevOps / Cloud Expert / System Analyst (4 years +)
- Knowledge on Microservice Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, DevOps, and Cloud Concepts
- Very strong oral and written communication and equally strong presentation skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Extensive experience working in an agile set-up; experience as, or having worked closely with, a scrum master, product owner, product manager, or lead architect
- Analytical and Technology Frameworks & Notations: BPM, UML, SOA
- Ability to use architecture modeling software (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
- Desire for lifelong learning and adaptability to current and new technologies
- Knowledge of SQL or any other programming language / low-code platforms
- Experience working with collaborative team-leadership capabilities
- Strong analytical and creative thinking capacity
- University degree in Computer science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or Business-related field
Nice to have:
- Experience as Team Leader / Product Owner / Delivery Manager
- Experience in digital transformation, including at least one of topics: Cloud, DevOps, architecture, machine learning, big data
- Relevant experience in consulting, or industry experience with consultancy-like tasks
- Track record of working with leadership teams (Director or C-level) on implementing complex business requirements
- Enterprise Architecture experience: Architecture modeling using TOGAF or similar methodology
