Job description

Job description

Are you a Graduate or Junior .Net Developer looking for an opportunity to code market-leading specialist software applications? We’re Bluebay Medical Solutions, a specialist provider of integrated healthcare applications and solutions based in Swansea and we’re looking for a talented Graduate/Junior Software Developer to join our team. Our products are used on over 25,000 desktops across the NHS and we have a customer base covering GP Practices, Private Providers, CCGs, PCTs, Health Boards, Pharmaceutical Companies and Health Data Analysts.

In this new .Net Software Developer job you’ll help the team design and develop high quality, JavaScript driven front end web applications and WPF applications using ASP.Net, Web API and webservices. You’ll work closely with your development team colleagues on the different layers of the infrastructure producing sophisticated, high quality, functional applications. The applications will help medical and healthcare professionals deliver a better service and level of patient care, in turn helping the NHS and GPs free up time and money for critical services.

We’re looking for someone who understands the full software development lifecycle and knowledge of the Microsoft stack (C#, .Net, SQL) and front end technologies such as JavaScript and CSS. A great communicator, you’ll enjoy working in a team and solving problems. You naturally have a good level of attention to detail and take pride in writing clean, maintainable, quality code.

It’s a great time to join us as we enhance and grow our product suite. We’re uniquely positioned to embrace the government’s visions for future e-Health and m-Health strategies and to help drive forward technological advances in healthcare IT in the future.

We’ve an open, empowered culture where we all pull together and feels passionate about the solutions we deliver and the impact we have on patient healthcare. We’re small but perfectly formed with 15 of us based in Swansea, but we are also part of a global technology business, Cegedim, with 4200 people across 10+ countries.
