The demand for our services is spiking, and we have very ambitious 2022 growth goals. YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
- At least one year of experience in recruitment/sourcing position
- Capability to communicate and collaborate with the developers and potential candidates
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal (this is a MUST as you will be communicating with the candidates predominantly in English)
- knowledge of different sourcing techniques and tools
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Find and recruit talent from all over the world
- Prepare recruitment strategy with the board of the company
- Conduct initial screening with candidates
