We are a boutique software agency. We are highly specialized in JavaScript and Jamstack ecosystem - as an official Vercel partner, we innovatively use Next.js in most projects. We build premium digital products using best-in-class, newest technologies & frameworks. Most of our clients are US-based startups and SMB companies. The demand for our services is spiking, and we have very ambitious 2022 growth goals. To fulfill them, we are looking to hire a IT recruiter to join our team and lead our teams in exciting projects with scale-up clients from USA

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
- At least one year of experience in recruitment/sourcing position
- Capability to communicate and collaborate with the developers and potential candidates
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal (this is a MUST as you will be communicating with the candidates predominantly in English)
- knowledge of different sourcing techniques and tools
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Find and recruit talent from all over the world
- Prepare recruitment strategy with the board of the company
- Conduct initial screening with candidates
