IT Lead Data Architect

Join our team as an IT Lead Data Architect. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for organization, analysis, and consulting, ready to dive into the world of Data Mesh and RDDM Platform, including Snowflake and Data Vault concepts.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to grasp requirements, identify constraints, and proactively address concerns.
• Navigate complex tech landscapes to architect solutions for diverse use cases, revising and refining as needed.
• Translate business needs into data product blueprints for development teams, driving insights delivery.
• Lead alignment discussions on architecture and data products among internal analytics and reporting stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural patterns and project outcomes.
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to evolving project and architecture needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Data and Analytics Architecture, including data input/output formats and data retrieval, storage, and manipulation.
• Experience with Insights, Data Products, Data Mesh Concepts, Information Architecture, and Modeling.
• Familiarity with setting up data sharing and service level agreements, and defining observability rules.
• A strong understanding of commercial processes in DIA and the underlying data is a significant advantage.
