As a Junior DevOps at BigPicture, you will be directly working with highly professional software engineers and be involved in solving real-world problems. We will give you the opportunity and the tools to develop your skills and quickly become a professional DevOps engineer.
As a Junior DevOps you will be responsible for:
- Developing new solutions that integrate with our infrastructure
- Solving network problems
- Working on the reliability of our internal systems to ensure maximum availability
We are looking for a person who:
- Has knowledge about Linux and the shell up to some extent
- Has good scripting and problem-solving skills
- Has some knowledge of:
- Docker
- Relational databases
- Bash, Python or Java
- AWS/GCP
- Is a team player with good communication skills, and is always eager to learn
- Knows English on a level that allows for everyday communication – your future Team Leader speaks English so a B2 is a minimum :)
- Is studying or has recently graduated from computer science/software engineering, or has been coding/using DevOps for some time.
