Requirements
- experience in applying statistical modelling and/or machine learning towards analysis of large data sets
- strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience using statistical programming languages
- good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- solid experience with at least one of modern programming languages (Python, Java)
- at least basic knowledge of financial markets and instruments
- good understanding of equity trading and market microstructure
- good knowledge of SQL
- willingness to learn, proactive and customer-centric approach to problem solving
- BSc or MSc, PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science preferred
- knowledge of algorithmic trading (order books, volume forecasting, equity impact cost models etc.) is advantageous
