Job description

             Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Work within a fast-paced team to help drive features, innovation, and product vision. 
  • Participate in all aspects of product life-cycle, including understanding requirements, building and deploying quality software, and supporting device features.
  • Excel in a self-managed environment, utilizing best practices in software development. 
  • Develop integration tests that validate business requirements using automated test frameworks. 
  • Maintain automated tests in the context of our continuous delivery systems to ensure quality software releases. 
  • Use automated integration tests to load test our systems. 
  • Work alongside the product team to make sure the right business cases are correctly validated. 
  • Embed with development teams to help spread good testing practices.

    What we need from you:

  • 1+ year experience with tests automation
  • Experience with one of the following testing frameworks: Selenium, Protractor, webdriver.io
  • Experience with Git and GitHub
  • Understanding of software testing principles
  • An unquenchable thirst for learning both independently and from others in your team
  • Very good communication skills

             Other helpful skills:

  • Experience with Ruby or JavaScript programming languages
  • Knowledge of any CI tool (Jenkins, Codeship)
  • Knowledge of Docker
  • Experience with testing APIs
  • Knowledge of any of the following helpful - Confluence or equivalent wiki, Jira or equivalent task Tracker
