About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team for an exciting project focused on energy monitoring and balancing. This is a Polish project for an international client that involves managing complex operations, particularly with date and time functionalities. You will work closely with our team to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a system for energy monitoring and balancing.
• Handle complex operations on data, especially focused on date and time functions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into functional code.
• Ensure the system's reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing code as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java (JDK 8 or higher) and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with date and time operations in Java.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Polish (proficiency in English is a plus but not required).

Nice to Have

• Experience in energy systems or similar projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
