Responsibilities
- Providing technical first line support to company employees regarding hardware, software and network problems,
- IT equipment purchases - handling the entire process,
- Preparation and management of IT equipment,
- Creating and managing users in Active Directory,
- Creating and managing GPO policies,
- Invoice management (description, preparing attachments, division of costs into departments and countries),
- Tests of new hardware and software solutions,
- IT shipments - handling the entire process,
- Apple hardware support and management,
- Manage the antivirus console,
- Manage the TeamViewer console,
- Manage the print management system console,
- Preparation of technical documentation, manuals, instructions,
- Cooperation with the first line support from each country in English,
- Resolving other emergency requests from users regarding first line support.
Experience we would like to see:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (1st line support),
- Providing technical first line support to company employees regarding hardware, software and network problems,
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,
- Ability to work as a part of our team and independently as well,
- Strong organizational and time management skills, multitasking ability plus effective tasks prioritization,
- English B2 - obligatory
- Office365 strong skills, Azure - nice to have.
