    Job description

    Online interview

    Responsibilities

    • Providing technical first line support to company employees regarding hardware, software and network problems,
    • IT equipment purchases - handling the entire process,
    • Preparation and management of IT equipment,
    • Creating and managing users in Active Directory,
    • Creating and managing GPO policies,
    • Invoice management (description, preparing attachments, division of costs into departments and countries),
    • Tests of new hardware and software solutions,
    • IT shipments - handling the entire process,
    • Apple hardware support and management,
    • Manage the antivirus console,
    • Manage the TeamViewer console,
    • Manage the print management system console,
    • Preparation of technical documentation, manuals, instructions,
    • Cooperation with the first line support from each country in English,
    • Resolving other emergency requests from users regarding first line support.


    Experience we would like to see:

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (1st line support),
    • Providing technical first line support to company employees regarding hardware, software and network problems,
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,
    • Ability to work as a part of our team and independently as well,
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, multitasking ability plus effective tasks prioritization,
    • English B2 - obligatory
    • Office365 strong skills, Azure - nice to have.
