About us:

As BSI we cover the Multisport program abroad in Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Türkiye. We create and maintain the IT systems which support Sales, Partnerships and End Users. 

With this offer we are looking for an experienced and highly independent IT Project Manager who will be working in a close partnership with our Business in Türkiye (the youngest country in our Family), setting up project management processes and leading the implementation and further development of CRM and Financial products. 


As part of the onboarding process the Project Manager will be traveling to our other countries (like Czechia, Bulgaria) in order to gather insights and to build knowledge about their CRM and Financial solutions and processes within them. 


  • Build knowledge about CRM and Financial solutions used across all of the countries in our Group
  • Cooperate closely with Business Owners and a local Project Manager based in Türkiye
  • Gather Business Owners needs regarding the new systems implementation and, whenever needed, guide the Business Owners with good practices in terms of CRM, Financial, systems and other enterprise solutions
  • Determine and define projects’ priorities, scope and objectives
  • Create a project documentation
  • Prepare estimations based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Set up proper contracts, SLAs and processes of cooperation with vendors
  • Take a main role in project process configuration and improvements
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis (to Business Owners in Türkiye as well as your direct supervisor in Poland) about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Identify, prevent, and manage risks
  • Support Business Owners during the UATs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time & budget
  • Coordinate change requests
  • Conduct post-project evaluation


  • Self-starter, proactive with strong communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry, as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience working on CRM an/or Financial related projects, having best practices knowledge willing to share (CRM Dynamics 365 will be an advantage)
  • 3+ years of setting up Project Management processes, process improvements
  • Very good command of English, both verbal and written
  • Communicative level of Polish, both verbal and written
  • Relevant licenses and certification (PRINCE 2, PMP, Six Sigma) is an advantage
  • Able to travel to our Business countries approximately once every 1-2 weeks, for up to 3 days (after the onboarding and agreements regarding the cooperation model the frequency will decrease)
  • Excellent understanding of the software development process
  • Practical knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
  • Highly organized person with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Investigative and problem solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Easily communicating and exchanging complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Able to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur
  • Experience in working for internal customer (long term relations with appointed Business Owners) will be an advantage
