• Solid experience in Java programming, including building modern web applications

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to find smart, pragmatic solutions in complex environments
• Proficiency in English—you can confidently read, write, and speak in an international team

Nice to have:

• Experience working with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Gosu, the native language of Guidewire
• Experience with Python, GenAI technologies, or Databricks for data and AI-driven applications
