We are looking for a Developer ready to share and grow!

We are looking for an ETL Developer/ Data Engineer to one of our delivery teams. The team consists of data engineers and data analysts and builds DWH solutions in the area of credit risk. Long term those solutions will be migrated from Oracle and Informatica Power Center to a hybrid MS Azure and Ab Initio components-based platform. You will be based in Warsaw and part of the Nykredit team.All teams are organized as agile teams with product owners.

Primary task and responsibilities

In the position of a ETL Developer your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Participating in BI projects as an ETL Developer/ Data Engineer
• Designing and implementing ETL processes
• Optimizing loading data to DWH
• Other tasks connected with the role.

 We are looking for a colleague who always strive for better performance and better delivery processes

Preferably, you:

• have an educational background (university degree) related to the position advertised (Computer Technology/Mathematics/Physics/Finance/Banking)
• have advanced SQL knowledge (Oracle preferred)
• are an experienced software engineer with three or more years of experience in creating ETL solutions
• have extensive experience with ETL tools (for example, Informatica PowerCenter or Ab Initio)
• have worked with Data Vault concept (nice to have)
