We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our “Credit Risk/Axiom Platform” team located in Warsaw, Poland.

We are a new team, consists of 8 passionate people on different positions and create a new platform, so you will soon be a seasoned team member with a lot to say about direction and how to define and implement our platform.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the position as Business Analyst you will become an expert and go-to person on:
- Core Credit Risk data & information loaded to and calculated on the Axiom platform. You will create overview of complex concepts/information and help new user teams understand data and help banks extract the right data.
- How to onboard new teams and regulatory reports to the Axiom platform. You will help them set up data loads, mapping and configuration in the standard software.
Initially you will join projects to accumulate knowledge on data & information, Axiom software and configuration. This is a long-term core role for successful Axiom platform implementation, transforming from technical software delivery to full platform ownership and service delivery.
After a while, several user teams and stakeholders will request your help. Because you have become a platform configuration and data & information expert, and because you have the experience, they need. Both for implementing new important projects and for day-to-day data and configuration issues. Within the team you will participate in defining our services for user teams, so it is easy to understand and use our platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initially, learn how to onboard new teams and solutions to our platform.
- Initially, together with new teams learn how to do data/conceptual mapping into platform standard software, and how to configure calculations.
- Help onboard new teams, and help them do mapping and configuration.
- Accumulate data & information knowledge during projects, document it, and help new teams and solutions, and help banks extracting data & information.
- Help operate the platform and solve incidents.
- Influence team and user teams for efficient projects and operations
- Help define our platform services/processes, governance (how to use our platform), and its data & information – so user teams get everything they need because its easy to join, understand and use platform.

REQUIREMENTS:
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Educational degree, preferably in IT or Finance.
- Experience with Data & Information Management.
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, enjoying working with numbers, accurate, attentive to details (conceptual modelling and documenting data).
- Being a proactive problem solver and having a positive “can do” attitude.
- Being a team player who thrives in a professional environment with high ceilings, while working well independently.
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team, to ensure a fast ramp up.
And additional you are aware of some of those aspects:
- Experience with conceptual modelling and documenting data.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence.
- Experience with Business testing of data sets.
- SQL experience.
- Basic understanding of Service/IT processes.
- Agile mindset.

- Regulatory reporting, Software platform experience, software operations.
- Knowledge of XBRL, PowerBI, AxiomSL.
