The ideal candidate is a mid-level UX Designer for mobile applications with a strong background in user analysis

Responsibilities:

• Engages in all stages of app - UX development
• Analyses our apps and user traffic & behavior
• Collects and analyses feedback from our users – beauty service providers and their clients
• Organizes and engages in user workshops, trainings, and interviews
• Contributes to the development of new app features

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in UX Design projects for mobile applications
• Experience in user behavior analysis and user & event tracking with tools like Google analytics, Mixpanel etc.
• Experience in usability testing and customer experience management
• Pro-active positive personality that likes to interact with our customers
• Polish language proficiency native or bilingual required
• Fluent English
• Must already be based in Warsaw (Poland)
• Work mode: Hybrid. Split between company office (Warsaw city center) and home office
