For our partner, a multinational medical equipment manufacturing company in Wroclaw, we are looking for an Office 365 Administrator who will support Poland and US based team members by providing technical L3 support, incident, problem and configuration support for Office 365 Messaging and Collaboration platform. 

Responsibiities: 

  • Administration, support and configuration of MS Office 365 Applications
  • Maintenance and support of existing SharePoint sites
  • Provide technical assistance with content management of SharePoint Intranet
  • Administer and support enterprise-level MS Azure, MS SharePoint, MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS OneNote and MS OneDrive technologies
  • Keep track of Office 365 product roadmap for new features and developments
  • Application testing and deployment to end-users
  • New user setup and orientation including setting up workstations, software applications, telephone services
  • Actively participate in maintenance and support for end-user IT support
  • Plan for and deploy MS Office 365 updates and security patches
  • Work with shifts 2 weeks per month from 2 pm-10 pm Polish time (shifts can be performed from home)
 
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar position, administering Office 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English
  • Proficient in customer support skills
  • Experience in L3 support role
  • Experience performing helpdesk functions or related work
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
