Cybersecurity Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects within KABI MIT, focusing on Operational Technology security.
• Define project milestones, tasks, and timelines to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Coordinate efforts between various business departments and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Identify, manage, and escalate key project issues and change requests, ensuring clear communication with program management.
• Conduct project reviews and prepare weekly status reports for executive teams.
• Implement and drive process improvements where needed, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Manage the project budget, set cost baselines, track expenses, and update budget forecasts.

Our requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or cybersecurity functions, ideally within a consulting organization.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity implementations or IT/business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools such as BeyondTrust, Microsoft Defender for OT, Sentinel, Azure AD, SCCM, and CrowdStrike.
• Expertise in key security areas: Network Segregation & Segmentation, Remote Access, Identity and Access Management, Privilege Access Management, Vulnerability Management, and AD Governance & Security.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating projects across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on aligning different departments to project goals.
• Proficiency in preparing and running workshops, creating project status reports, and maintaining project RAID logs.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2.
