You will be responsible for:
- In partnership with the Data Powered Sales Product Manager & Analytics Lead, design your analytical products’ vision while gathering and prioritizing requirements from various stakeholders up to senior leadership, and drive flawless implementation of that vision
- Manage an external team that designs and implements your product roadmaps in an agile fashion
- Support the analytical product launches and releases including training for internal users
- Align with data assets and analytics strategy by producing and contributing to building internal data assets
- Ensure analytical products generate insights to accelerate data driven culture and decision making in Bayer Consumer Health
- Ensure all products have considered business value/outcomes, usability, viability, and feasibility
- Ensure governance and compliance of newly built solutions (CAMP, BEAT, etc.)
We would expect from you:
- Master’s degree in information technology, computer science or an equivalent education
- 5+ years of working experience, ideally in an agile environment leading the life cycle of analytical products (development, testing, launch, training support)
- High proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working with commercial data and analytics
- High analytical drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with solid business judgement
- Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data in a compelling way
- Self-starter and capable to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
