Batmaid.com is the UBER for home cleaning in Switzerland. Our internet platform helps people find their maid at an affordable price.
Our goal is to become #1 platform for home services in Switzerland.
We are currently focused on the B2C market with more than 10’000 clients and 1’000 maids in the entire Switzerland and Luxembourg.
We will soon extend to the B2B cleaning business and extend our platform in other services like plumbers, electricians and caretakers, to evolve to a full featured service marketplace.

Our team is composed of 8 developers with strong backgrounds and combined decades of experience in writing high quality code.
Your job as a Software tester is to ensure our software meets swiss quality standards. We already employ a wide range of quality assurance tools and processes like continuous integration, automated integration tests, crossbrowser testing with virtual machines, ... Your job will be to help us get even better.
You will participate in writing user stories, define test cases based on requirements and perform manual tests of our web application and cross-platform mobile application.
After the initial onboarding period, you will become responsible for quality assurance as head of QA in the company. You will train and supervise junior testers.

We require:
- Absolute fluency in English, our company's official language. French or German is a big plus.
- 3+ years hands on work experience with web application testing.
- High self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
- A drive to continuously improve, learn and master each challenge.
- Experience with working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Retrieving data, basic MySQL querying and data analysis is a must have.
- Ability to navigate in the linux terminal
A plus:
- Some programming and automation experience is an advantage. Especially in PHP.
- ISTQB certification
- Selenium webDriver
- Load speed testing
- Visual regression testing
