Our modern software and quality of customer support allowed us to become the market leader in Switzerland, Luxembourg, and France within just 6 years. Now we're ready to take over the whole European continent with an ambitious expansion plan. Over the next 3 years, we are going to be the next European unicorn.

Due to rapid growth and plans to expand into new countries and markets we're looking for a hardworking and passionate Requirement Engineer.

What are your responsibilities:

Analyzing the needs regarding new software projects
Working in close collaboration with the Product Owners and developers in order to deliver clear and well-documented requirements
Making sure edge cases and scenarios are covered on how the software should work
Managing change requests to requirements and ensure the documentation is up to date
Identifying and documenting dependencies among requirements and between features/projects
Ensuring that the requirements are testable and verifiable
Creating tasks and user stories based on requirements
Assisting in the creation of acceptance criteria in support of the user stories
Supporting developers and QA during the implementation phase
Participating in user acceptance testing phase

What we require:

Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving mindset
Analytical way of working
Skills at the visualization of complex requirements
Proven track record as a requirements engineer, business analyst, QA specialist or software engineer in IT projects
Availability to occasionally travel to Switzerland

Nice to have:

Degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent education
