About the role:
As Business Analyst H2R (Hire-to-Retire) you will be a member of IM Application Delivery Team in Zürich which is responsible for the application management processes  supporting the HR related IT solutions and processes. In this position you will be working closely with the cross-functional teams throughout the company to successfully execute projects related to SAP HR SuccessFactors and other HR information systems. In this role you will be supporting the ongoing digital transformation of our HR processes, and HR road map. Furthermore you will support the IM application delivery team in Change Management activities for all the flagship projects.  You will be reporting to the Template & Team Lead for H2R.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze and translate the HR business needs into application functionalities within the IM/IT Department for HR.
  • Be the main contact to the SuccessFactors and HR support organization.
  • Support of the rollout of Success Factors modules according to the project plan and delivered the IT related project objectives.
  • Coordinate the change request management processes by collecting and analyzing (feasibility, effort, budget) of HR in close collaboration with business counterparts and external providers.
  • Analyze, coordinate and support the testing of release upgrades and advise the business on upcoming, new system functionalities; ensure that any potential validation needs as part of these upgrades are met.
  • Manage integration activities to all third-party applications interfaced with SuccessFactors or other HR applications.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve functionalities to ensure high quality, cost effective delivery of the applications to the business.
  • Ensure compliance towards SAP HR SuccessFactors or other HR application in terms of licenses, user coverage.
  • Coordinate and properly communicate changes to HR process owners.
  • Ensure support activities and incidents are resolved within the agreed SLA.
  • Support the IM application delivery team in Change Management activities in various projects.
  • Became a “Trusted Advisor” for any HR IM/IT Barry Callebaut processes.
 
About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in (applied) Commercial Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
  • Around 3 years of experience within relevant field within an international company.
  • Experience in working with SAP HR Success Factor.
  • Interest in and knowledge of HR digitization, master data management & change management.
  • Analytical mind, structured with attention to details.
  • Excellent communicator and team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Experience with software for Time Tracking/Entrance.
  • English – Fluent.
