Business Analyst with German

As a Business Analyst for Baloise Solution Hub, you are working on projects within the Baloise Group. This role will be for Basler DE :

• Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system
• Further development of the policy module of the core system (Guidewire)
• Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications 
• Creation of test concepts and test execution
• Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities
• Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments and within the project

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLSET

• Very good knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes (professional and technical) 
• Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts, as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates
• Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework
• Strong sense of ownership
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
