    B3 Consulting Poland is part of one of the fastest growing Swedish consulting companies with experienced consultants in the field of IT and project management.     We are looking for experienced Java Developers for a new project for a domestic Swedish bank 💥

    Project is about creating web application for private customers. Application already exist but needs to be developed in many ways. Application will include functions like money transfers, private account and deposits management.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Development of new features
    • Application optimization to make system light and fast
    • Cooperation with other team members
    • Code review
    • Bug fixing
    • Documentation preparation
    • Attending team meetings according to scrum methodology
     
     Key requirements:

    • 5+ years of a commercial experience with programming in Java
    • Development in Java and JavaScript. Knowledge in other languages is a bonus (we use for example Kotlin, Ruby and Python to various extent)
    • Understanding in microservice architecture, event patterns, backend for frontend design, separation of concerns, test automation
    • Preferred tech stack: Kafka, React JS, Spring Boot, GraphQL, pact 
    • Tooling: Git (Gitlab, Bitbucket or similar), Jira, Jenkins, Splunk, Docker
    • Agile ways of working (understanding limiting WIP, lead time, importance of team work, incremental and iterative deliveries etc)
    • Experience from banking and finance is "nice to have" but not a must
    • Good communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
