Non-Functional Testing Expert (Performance / Reliability)

About the project

You will join a project delivered within a large financial organization, focused on ensuring high-quality payment systems in terms of performance, reliability, and resilience. You will have a real impact on the stability of systems operating in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating non-functional testing strategies and test plans based on risk analysis

• Designing and executing performance, reliability, and resilience tests

• Analyzing test results and identifying performance issues

• Collaborating with technology teams to resolve issues

• Reviewing and optimizing test cases and test scripts

• Prioritizing and coordinating the defect resolution process

• Integrating non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Preparing reports and presenting results to stakeholders

• Collaborating with distributed teams and external vendors

• Participating in projects delivered in the SAFe methodology

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing

• Minimum 5 years of experience in non-functional testing (performance, reliability)

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling)

• Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, Subversion)

• Ability to work with SQL and analyze reports (e.g., AWR)

• Experience with Jira (QTest is a plus)

• Knowledge of technologies: XML, SOAP, JSON

• Nice to have: experience with Linux/Unix, cloud environments, and mainframe systems

• Very good command of English
