Detailed description of work task to be carried out:
- You will help define and then secure execution against a set of success criteria.
- You will be providing business direction during an analysis of options on the future state.
- You will support the creation of clear and concise financials, as-is, and potential-to-be options.
- You will be supporting and from a business perspective driving comparisons of different solutions through Request for Proposal (RfP) or other means of vendor comparison.
- You will be providing business direction to requirements definition for target state sanctions screening including data integration, screening performance, alert workflow, and management information.
- You will liaise with technical stakeholders on matters such as non-functional performance, user access management, and other topics to secure business outcomes.
- You will support solution review and options analysis to determine configuration securing no backward steps in risk management.
- You will work with organisational change ensuring that the impact of changes to the organisation's technology estate on day-to-day operations is understood, managed and sufficient planning is in place and then executed to drive business outcomes. -- You will help secure good governance and transparency including of BAU risks post delivery.
- You will secure the delivery aligned with Model Risk Management principles.
- You will help to conduct benefits realization, including evidencing to the organisation outcomes delivered and securing end results are achieved.
Description of knowledge and experience:
- Significant Experience leading technology and organisation change in Sanctions Screening.
- Significant experience working with delivery constraints such as the time, cost, and quality triangle to achieve desirable business outcomes.
- Experience issuing requirements, reviewing designs, support options analysis and secure clear and concise presentation into governance.
- Experience planning and executing complex tasks independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision achieving goals and proactively updating on your progress.
- Experience working closely with business owners to secure alignment.
- Experience communicating competently and confidently with management and risk owners.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or significant equivalent experience.
- Strong English language communication skills (oral and written).
This role requires the candidate to work from our client's office in Tricity or Warsaw once a week to facilitate collaboration and team engagement.
