    We have several ongoing and new projects where you could make an impact. You would have the opportunity to support us with both your technical and leadership skills. We would welcome your experience and propose you become not only a technical developer but also a manager/leader to employees.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Managing a team of approx. 10 SAP ABAP developers:

    - Employee development planning (technical & interpersonal & language skills)
    - Conducting regular meetings / talks with the team and employees
    - Recruiting of new employees
    - Conducting employee assessments,
    - Taking care of the salary process.

    • Implementing a consulting projects:

    - Designing and developing IT applications using the ABAP OO programming language for the banking and insurance sector.
    - Developing, maintaining, unit testing and implementing programs, functionalities.
    - Maintenance and enhancement of already existing SAP system.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
    • Flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to present a solution to a customer, team or management
    • Knowledge and experience with ABAP Object Oriented concepts & programming min. 4 years.
    • Good analytical and debugging skills.
    • Superb analytical and problem solving skills.
    • German language skills min. B2.
