Software developer with a focus on Frontend

Areas of Competence:

•    Design and implementation of user interfaces for plant control systems and engineering tools

•    Development of software solutions in a team for an industrial communication platform for large-scale projects

•    Merging of many one- and multi-dimensional sensor signals into a uniform integrated surface

•    Control of different actuators in large, networked systems

•    Combination of newly developed and external UI components (various vendors) while maintaining platform independence

Requirements: 

•    Up-to-date knowledge of frontend technologies and concepts
•    Several years of professional experience in the relevant area

•    Ability to work in a team, communication skills, ability to analyze, abstract thinking, initiative, creativity

•    Enthusiasm for versatile and interdisciplinary know-how

•    Ability to quickly familiarize themselves with new unknown technologies and topics

•    Fun in dealing with and solving complex problems

•    Previous knowledge in the metal industry is not absolutely necessary

•    Knowledge of IoT platforms such as Thingworx is an advantage

•    English and German language skills and a willingness to learn the language.

Experience in the following areas is appreciated:

•    C#, JavaScript, C/C++, python 
•    git, bash, SQL, angular, CSS grid / flexbox, modern HTML5 concepts (such as video streaming), node.js

•    UX-Design, security and performance, agile software development
