We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
You will lead our sales products, from the reservation system to loyalty programs. Create a consistent product strategy across all sales tools and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Create the product strategy and vision based on our internal needs and market feedback
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Product Execution - gather product requirements, prioritize and refine them with product teams, manage the backlog
- Be the customers voice - based on analytical data and customer feedback run the Continues Discovery process and deliver value to our clients
- Lead our sales products, and work closely with our cross-functional teams
- Create Product Requirement documents that clearly define what needs to be build
Requirements:
- Proven commercial product experience (min. 2 years) - you delivered at least one product at scale
- Product development lifecycle experience - ideation, validation, delivery, continuous discovery
- Prioritize outcomes over output
- Experience in the travel industry and delivering sales products for internal teams and external clients
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Previous experience as Project Manager, Product Designer (nice to have)
