Technical Project Manager (SAP Transformation) - Pharma / MedTech

We are supporting an international MedTech organization undergoing a global SAP transformation (ECC → S/4HANA).
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of business and IT, within a highly regulated environment.

Your role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation projects (ECC → S/4HANA)

• Coordinate activities across technical, functional and business teams

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Technology Leadership and Enterprise Architecture

• Ensure alignment between business processes and system solutions

• Manage timelines, risks and dependencies in a regulated environment (compliance, validation)

• Support smaller technology-related initiatives alongside the main program

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT/system-related projects

• Background in pharma / medical devices or other regulated industries

• Solid understanding of software delivery and system-based projects

• Experience with ERP systems

• Familiarity with GAMP5 / validation protocols

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership

• Delivery-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations

• PRINCE2 certification
