Senior Product Manager

Join our quest as a Senior Product Manager to spearhead innovation within our suite of highly scalable service management and assurance systems for the communication service providers (CSP) market. Once you're in the role you will

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation strategy based on in-depth market research, emerging trends, and customer needs, consistent with the company's business strategy.
  • Spearhead the evolution of our Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform, with a laser focus on enhancing Wi-Fi experiences for telco subscribers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to define and deliver features that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, leveraging insights to inform product decisions.
  • Lead the execution of initiatives aimed at expanding the product-market fit (PMF) into adjacent markets or products, fostering growth and scalability.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product life cycle, ensuring that user feedback and data-driven insights guide product enhancements and iterations.

  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building across all levels.
  • Since we're playing on the global stage, you'll need excellent English skills to navigate complex tech discussions.
