AVSystem is a company at the forefront of the telecommunications industry, and we're looking for a talented Presales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing cutting-edge connectivity and communication solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Analyze customer needs and craft compelling technical proposals
• Design and demonstrate product capabilities through hands-on Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs)
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and demos, both online and in-person
• Lend your expertise to navigate sales negotiations
• Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Stay at the top of your game by continuously learning about the latest industry trends

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands computer networks, network management protocols, and common internet protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, STUN) inside and out
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Is a fluent Polish speaker with excellent English (B2/C1 level)
• Has at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, ideally as a Solution Architect or similar role
• Is available for travel up to 25% per year

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for rapid prototyping
• Spanish language skills
