Power Platform Developer (Senior)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to help drive a global integration initiative. This role involves creating a unified, interactive platform for suppliers, designed to improve efficiency through streamlined access to orders, actions, and data submissions. Working with a talented Wrocław-based team, the ideal candidate will contribute to solution architecture, configuration, and ongoing enhancements, bringing a forward-thinking approach to Power Platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Configure Solutions: Build and configure applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, emphasizing both Canvas and Model-driven Apps as well as Power Pages.
• Experiment with New Features: Stay at the forefront of Power Platform developments, actively testing and implementing the latest features.
• Innovative Integrations: Develop integrations with various services and data sources to expand platform functionality and support a robust business interface.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee platform resources (capacity, licenses, and shared assets), defining corrective actions and managing the Power Platform environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Governance & Compliance: Address needs around DLP (Data Loss Prevention), licensing, and solution compliance to maintain a secure, compliant environment.
• Operational Support: Support day-to-day platform operations, assisting Citizen Developers in solution structuring, design, and delivery while creating knowledge articles to enhance the information ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units and stakeholders to showcase Power Platform capabilities, translating business requirements into impactful, automated solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth Power Platform Knowledge: Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Pages, and automation through Power Automate and Co-Pilot.
• Platform Governance: Proven experience in governing and implementing Power Platform solutions and processes.
• Scripting Proficiency: Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Power FX, for developing custom functionalities.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Ability to design, architect, and optimize complex solutions within the Power Platform.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Analytical & Advisory Skills: Skilled at interpreting business needs and translating them into actionable advice and solutions.
• User Training & Education: Confidence in training and supporting end-users and Citizen Developers to leverage Power Platform capabilities fully.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with Polish language skills a plus for local collaboration.
