Operational Technology SME

We are looking for an Operational Technology SME to support and integrate cyber security project rollout activities initially across 4 key operational technology sites, namely production and distribution centre sites.

The SME will support the cyber security programme team in managing an operational technology project and assist sites and the OT project manager/team in the coordination and delivery of 7 operational technology workstreams as follows:

Network and Infrastructure Separation, OT Threat Detection and Monitoring, Remote Access Management, OT Governance Model and Security Champions, Asset and Vulnerability Management, Resilience and Business Continuity, OT Policies, Procedures and Risk.

Support the implementation and management of technologies/processes/tools that protect the OT environments sites from being impacted by Cyber Security threats e.g. the implementation of an OT vulnerability management tool.

Develop in depth knowledge of technology, systems, and processes deployed to protect our manufacturing automation systems from OT cyber security threats.

Advise during the creation and development of OT policies and procedures to support reduce the risk of a security breach at an OT site and to sustain OT security.

Support in establishing & maintaining OT Cyber Security capability at each site whereby operational technology Cyber Security Champions are identified, who in turn are instrumental in ensuring that all staff that interact with OT equipment understand the purpose of the project. The Cyber Security champions will be receive training to help ensure that good security practices are embedded across sites.

Essential

• Experience in critical infrastructure within operational technology environments.
• Experience in OT-related network architecture, inventory gathering, endpoint protection, policy & governance, security awareness and education.
• An understanding of the design and configuration of secure networks.
• Be able to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, across including but not limited to IT, OT, Engineering, Security Operations.
• Able to adapt to different cultural and operational environments.

• Language skills – English, Portuguese, Polish, Spanish.
• Prepared to travel.
• Able to work remotely.
