For one of our Team focused on development and maintenance of applications portfolio, we look for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
The person we are looking for will be required to apply the knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle: beginning from partnering Team Stakeholders with roadmap definition and solutions identification to coach and navigate Team members with their daily operations.
You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment established worldwide with trust and diversity.
This role requires:
- proven technical or team leadership experience
- expertise in application development and software infrastructure architecture disciplines
- advanced knowledge of architecture and design patterns with focus on microservices
- proficiency in Java programming
- knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices for Java, frontend and oracle
- passionate about building an innovative culture
- experience in agile environment with understanding of SCRUM delivery principles and practices
- very good English skills (both written and spoken
As Leading in the Team you will be responsible for:
- leading a Team of of developers with deep experience in Java, Angular, Oracle and MongoDB
- revision and acceptance of portfolio roadmap items as well as identification and design of the final solution
- consult the technology and development path for multiple applications that support Pharma Scientists
- collaboration with Product Owners to identify best possible development scenario
- coaching and mentoring for Team members
- promotion and implementation within the team of best development practices addressing quality as highest concern
