DevOps Engineer

Our client is embarking on an ambitious program of work to deliver a number of generative and predictive AI models to optimize the work for hundreds of people in Group Financial Crime Prevention. While they are an established and mature IT organization, working in AI program is going to feel more like a startup. They are experimenting with methods and tooling and are seeking a number of experienced Devops engineers to help facilitate the build and deployment of Generative AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, Fargate, Lambda, SageMaker)
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for AI application deployment
• Manage Git repositories (GitHub/BitBucket) for version control and collaboration
• Containerize applications using Docker for development, testing, and production
• Automate processes with Bash scripting on Linux systems for increased efficiency
• Deploy and manage AI models using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using HashiCorp tools (Terraform, Vault)
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance AI app performance
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate and scale AI models within cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Cloud technologies
• GIT
• Bash, Linux, AWS Console
• Jenkins piplines
• Github or BitBucket experience
• Docker
• AWS BedRock
• AWS SageMaker
• AWS EC2, Fargate
• AWS Lambda
• HashiCorp Tools
